Hiroyuki Hiramatsu has visited various wineries in France, and has long established a relationship of trust through many tasting and talks with the owners and thus, is able to import wines directly from them. By reducing futile distribution cost, we are able to sell good wines at reasonable prices.
We now have over 200 thousand bottles of wine of approximately 3,500 kinds. As a restaurant, our cellar is the largest in the world. We have many rare but fabulous wines that could only be drunk at our group restaurants. Each wine is filled with the producer’s love and passion and we are delighted to introduce them to you.
Wine is an essential part of the French cuisine. When food and wine is enjoyed together, the two characters combine and create a magnificent blend. We call this, the “marriage” of food and wine. Instead of choosing a wine that goes with the menu, why not choose a menu that goes with your selected wine.
