As we import these wines directly from the owners, we are able to serve them at our restaurants at reasonable prices, keeping the highest quality. The number of wines we stock in our cellar counts more than 200,000 bottles of 3,500 brands, which is a world’s leading wide selection.
Wine is an essential part of a cuisine of composite art. When creating a new menu, the chef would also think about matching with wine, and when we try the dish, the best matching wine would easily come across our minds. Restaurant Hiramatsu Hakata serves high quality wines directly imported from the great winery owners throughout France, whom Hiroyuki Hiramatsu maintains a great friendship with. We also hold a wine gathering event every month, which has now become popular. It is a casual event where you could simply enjoy good wine and a course menu that matches perfectly with each wine.
