The strong relations of trust Hiroyuki Hiramatsu long established between many chateaus and domains all over France, has enabled us to offer high quality and valuable wines in Japan. As we import these wines directly from the owners, we are able to serve them at our restaurants at reasonable prices, keeping the highest quality. The number of wines we stock in our cellar counts more than 200,000 bottles of 3,500 brands, which is a world’s leading wide selection.
I think that wine can be expressed as a composite art built upon the strength of the land and nature, and the creator’s artistic inspiration. I was definite about this when I actually visited some famous wineries and talked with the owners. My mission is to share with as many people as possible, the intricacies and the strengths of a wine that makes people happy, and also the owner’s passion.
